Just Another Day I Got No Mood For Work~~~

Today was a day which I got totally no mood to work at all...

Perhaps it was the depression on work after long new year holiday...
Perhaps it was the performance review meeting with TheEmperor yesterday...
Perhaps it was the stupid dream that I made last night...
Perhaps it was the company Chinese New Year celebration high tea that I skipped...
Perhaps it was the coffee machine that out of Milo again...
Perhaps it was the death battery of my iPod...
Perhaps it was the new office building that took 279 steps more than the previous building...
Perhaps it was the color of my shirt didn't match the color of my pant today...
Perhaps it was the mandarin orange that taste like apple...
Perhaps it was the answer for the users that they forgot to do my request...
Perhaps it was the new development task was not assigned to me again...
Perhaps it was the photo competition which I didn't win a prize at all...
Perhaps it was the fella that suppose to pay my dinner fly me aeroplane...
Perhaps it was the last minute meeting that caused me could not make it to the gym again...
Perhaps it was the sleepiness due to sleep late last night...

Perhaps... It was just because I always got no mood for work... T_T...

Just Another Trip To Penang~~~

Yes... I went to Penang...
On the next day right after the Pai Tee Kong ceremony... Or last Friday...
And I was going together with Melvin...
So nice to be invited by him since my last year run away drama in Penang...
We went to makan in Gurney drive and Food Loft in Gurney Plaza...
We went shopping in Queensbay Mall...
We went to buy pirated DVD in Batu Ferringhi...
We went to the dam and forest reserve and national park and some beaches in Telok Bahang...
We went to have a walk in Gurney drive during midnight...
And also we went to watch the movie Jumper...

The two days trip was really a rush and tiring one...
So sorry to Melvin that he had to do all the driving as most of the time I just felt asleep in the car...
But still I had an enjoyable time in Penang and I hope he too having a great time like me...
Hopefully he didn't regret of inviting me as I was such a bad companion for trip... T_T...

Just Another Gong Xi Fa Cai Post~~~

Finally I'm back from Taiping for the second times...
Even it was not the Chap Gor Meh yet but the Chinese New Year for 2008 is officially ended to me...
So for the last 4 days... I was quite busy actually...
And also luckily no one hack my blog... Wuahaha... ^^...
Anyway... That's what I was busy about...

First... Prepare all the kuih...




Then decorate all the fruits...
That's the best time to show your creativity~~~




Then put all the kuih and fruits on the table with sugar cane tied on each side of the table...




Then place all the Tee Kong Kim in front of your house and let it burn...




It was just about half an hour ceremony but there were quite a lot of things to prepare...
The Tee Kong Kim alone already take up my whole day to prepare...
The lotus shape Tee Kong Kim seems very simple... But it actually made up from 10 pieces of big size Tee Kong Kim...
So really can fold these thing until get crazy one...
And the number 2 handsome of my family... My 1 year old nephew was admitted to the hospital due to denggi...
Both my sisters need to stay in the hospital just to take care of him...
So left me alone helping my mom to prepare all the stuff for the ceremony...

When I was still a kid... Pai Tee Kong was the most important day during Chinese New Year...
Which the best new year shirt should only be worn during this day...
And we need to keep the best fire cracker for this day too...
But now it was simple just a ceremony that you may wish for iPhone or iPod Touch or Swatch watch or Adidas running shoes to the Tee Kong but still you need to work very hard in order to get enough money to buy them...
So I just wish for health and peace for my family...
Hopefully the Tee Kong really exists lar... ^^...

Just Another I'm Leaving On My Kelisa~~~

In few more minutes I shall be on the road back to Taiping again...
Some might say I really kulit gatal to go back hometown again after three days back from there...
But family is very important one... And I love them so I must go back you know... Wuahaha...
Perhaps I really kulit gatal lar...

Anyway... I shall be back to Taiping again for four days...
That's means I shall not have internet access for another four days...
That's also means that I shall not able to update my blog for the next four days...
So if you happen to see this blog was being updated in the next four days...
Please call the police right away...

Just Another Long Long Post About Gong Xi Fa Cai~~~

Finally~~~ I was back to PJ...
After 9 days of paradise in Taiping...
Even though I had no internet but tons of housework and two very kanasai and naughty nephews in my hometown...
Still it was a paradise to me...
And after 9 days without updating my blog...
This should be a long one because this is going to be 9 in 1 post... ^^...

First of all... 3th of February... My birthday...
My 29 years old birthday... Shit lar... Almost 30 already... T_T...
Anyway... It was just another day that almost no one remember...
That's the bad thing about having a birthday around Chinese New Year which everyone was busy...
In fact I myself also forgot about it as I was busy helping my mom preparing for the new year...
Until I received an SMS from SampatTheYit... And the only one... T_T...
Anyway... Thanks to my mom for the birthday Ang Pao...
And thanks to my sister for the Ralph Lauren Blue...
And thanks in advance to the HEAF for the coming birthday dinner on someday about two weeks from now...
Perhaps 3th of February 2008 should be a day not to be remembered...
Ironically it was the day that Andrew left Malaysia too...
Still he never called since Christmas and I pretended that I didn't care to call him back too...
It really make me wonder that it was who gave up on who but it was not something really matter right now...
Perhaps I should just announce on my new status on relationship so that to let all the bee and butterfly to fly toward me...
Or perhaps I already lost my confidence in playing such a stupid game...
Anyway... The birthday just passed by in a quite way...
Nothing fancy... Nothing spicy... Nothing bitchy...

And my mom kept nagging me during the dinner on my birthday with something like this...

Almost all your cousins already get married with kids some more when they are about your age ar...
Your company so big... Never go and make more female friends mer...
You still remember so and so aunty or not...
She got a daugther about your age mar... Also haven't pak tor...
Later we go visit so and so aunty want or not...

OMG... Someone kill me please... T_T...

Then the reunion dinner at Chinese New Year eve...
It was a steam boat dinner as usual...
It seems kind of simple but you never know how much things that we need to do just for this particular dinner...
The preparation started from the early morning which we need to start prepare for the soup which it was required to boil for whole day by using charcoal...
And I need to add charcoal into the fire for every half an hour since then...
My mom always cook in quite a traditional way...
For example the meat balls came from chopping a whole chunk of pork with some prawn and garlic rather then just buy a packet from the supermarket...
That's why we need a whole day to prepare for a steam boat dinner...
And this is the first time ever my mom let me help in the kitchen...
As the traditional mom always have the thought that guys were not belong to the kitchen...
But still with the help from my sister and my brother and myself... We still busy preparing in the kitchen for almost a whole day...
I only manage to get an hour of rest right before the dinner was started... T_T...
So it was really hard to imagine how my mom manage to prepare the dinner all by herself for all these year... T_T...

It was tiring but still it was a very nice dinner...
It really worth it for all these hard work just to have a nice dinner with the family... Don't you think... ^^...

To be honest... After 29 years of same routine... Chinese New Year no longer exciting for me...
Always steam boat for reunion dinner...
My parent Ang Pao always RM 88...
First day of new year always stay at home...
Second day of new year always go to Batu Kurau to visit relatives...
Third day of new year always go to Pantai Remis to visit more relatives...
Everything was so predictable...
The only thing that I was looking forward perhaps was the food and the Ang Pow...
My mom came from a big family with 14 brothers and sisters...
So you can imagine how many Ang Pow that I had collected from all my uncle and aunty and cousins... ^^...
Still the money collected just enough for me to pay for the patrol and toll for two round trip from KL to Taiping... T_T...
Talking about highway... Yesterday trip back from Taiping was totally a nightmare...
I was stuck in the traffic jam from the moment I got out from Taiping toll all the way until Slim River...
It took me more than 5 hours just to travel from Taiping to PJ...
Shit lar... Curse Sammy Vallu...

While for the food... I didn't really eat much this year...
Haven't eat any Kuih Kapit yet...
Haven't eat any Bah Kuah yet...
Haven't even eat any Mandarin Orange yet... How sad...
The weather was just too hot during Chinese New Year...
And I totally got no mood to put anything into my mouth except cool 100 Plus or 7Up Revive or Excel...
Anyway... I will be going back hometown again this Wednesday night for the Pai Tee Kong ceremony...
Perhaps I should eat more by then... ^^...
