Just Another Inch Smaller...

First of all... Please don't get the wrong idea that this is a show off post...
Just want to write it down for recording purpose...

For the first time ever... I was having a conversation with the CalvinKlein instructor right after her RPM class...
The first thing she said during our 10 minutes chat was...

Hey... How are you doing... How's the class...

And the second thing she said...

I always saw you in my class... You are very thin already... Why still want to keep fit...

T_T...
It just reminded about comment from LT during our last meeting...

Yoh... So envy... You're getting thinner already...

And also comment from RuHua during lunch one day...

You go gym almost everyday but how come still got no muscle one... Getting thinner pulak...

Yes... I know that I was getting a bit thinner ...
My waist was 29' now... One inch smaller than before...
Now I'm officially can laugh at Fatty Doggie already... ^^...
Still I'm gaining weight... I am 56kg now...
One kg extra since last year and the year before and another year before... T_T...
I really hope that it was due to my new gym schedule...
I just started for about a month and it seems like working for me... ^^...

And now I'm adding more outdoor session into my workout routine...
Some jogging and some swimming session...
Not to forget my favorite mountain climbing...
Oh God... I feel like I'm turning into a sport fanatic already... T_T...

Just Another Weekend~~~

Two things that I had done which significant enough for me to write a post about them...
First... The MapleSEA's 3rd Anniversary event had been started...
From May till July... Damn... It was a little too late for me to realize that...
One month had been wasted to hunt for Maple items... T_T...
I want Maple Wagner and Maple Shield for my bandit... T_T...
So bored with the plastic bottle already... T_T...
Anyway... If you're playing Maple Story too and you need Maple Soul Singer or Maple Impaler...
Please come look for me... The damn MapleSEA gave me those items that I do not need at all as a bandit... T_T...
But please make sure you know me and identify yourself first...
Else I won't entertain...
This is me... In the world of Delphinus... ^^...



Secondly... I went for a jog during Sunday at the nearby lake garden...
And this time I jogged for 10 rounds...
Never in my life I was able to jog more than 5 rounds at that garden... T_T...
So happy and so satisfy with that...
And most importantly... My knee didn't hurt at all after the jog...
Perhaps the injury during my Gunung Tahan climbing trip 5 or 6 years ago was finally fully recovered... T_T...
I shared my happiness with Chaucky... A jogging fanatic...
He invited me to challenge the Bukit Aman 10km jogging track...
Perhaps I was a little too excited so I accepted the invitation...
I wonder would it be wise to go for such a big challenge at the time I just got my knees recovered...
Anyway... Will give it a try...
As what Chaucky said...
If feel not right... Then walk... No one is going to laugh at you... ^^...

But untill now I still have no idea how to go there yet... T_T...

自从我的偶像王菲退出歌坛之后...
好久没有遇见一个可以让我几乎疯狂的爱上他几乎每一首歌的歌手...
直到认识了苏打绿... 多谢翼仔和 EQ 当天拉了我去唱 K...
如诗篇一般的歌词... 独特的嗓子... 随意的哼唱...
这都和王菲非常相似...
而一个我不想承认的事实...
苏打绿甚至比王菲还出色了些...
因为那么出色的歌词都是出自青峰的手笔...
还有他们如艺术作品一般的 MV...

如今小情歌和无与伦比的美丽已经成为我 iPod 里 play count 最多的两首歌...
而今天背着你已就快要排上第三名...
而今天背着你也成为了苏打绿第三首得到五星的歌...
紧追在后的有无言歌... 这天... 相信... That Moment Is Over... 是我的海... 左边...



我的爱... 竟不翼而飞...
但回忆... 供我在夜里消费...

Just Another Dream~~~

I had a dream last night...
In my dream I went for mountain climbing with two guys which I can't remember who they are...
And we were attacked by a tiger or lion or leopard which again I can't remember...
So we ran and finally got ourselves a shelter on a small platform by the cliff...
And the platform seems quite fragile and it was started to break...
Then the guys told me that the platform was not going to hold three of us...
So I had to decide to push one of them down the cliff so that the rest of the two will survive...
Then I woke up forgetting that did I push one of them down the cliff...
Or it was I myself who jump down the cliff to save them... T_T...
Suddenly I just wish the two person in my dream were Doggie and Sampat...
So that I can just push two of them down the cliff without second thought to save myself... ^^...
Just kidding... Don't mad yah... ^^...

I did heard or read from somewhere that life is just a series of decision making...
And to be honest I just hate to do decision making...
Why can't world just left my life with only one choice... Save all my trouble...
But ironically those choices were the thing that make our life unique...
Else I will be writing the same post with everybody that is visiting and reading my blog now...

So who should I push down the cliff... Or should I just jump off the cliff...
Or perhaps I will just wait for the platform to break and kill all of us...

Just Another Rainny Day~~~

It think it had been a while that it didn't rain...
And it was still raining outside now...
Finally I can get away from those hot nights which made a good night sleep to be such a difficult thing to achieve...
At least it won't be tonight... ^^...
Anyway... Raining means no internet too due to the thunder strike...
And I will be like almost handicap with nothing to do without the internet... T_T...
And the only thing that I can think of doing was to drafting my blog...

Actually got nothing special that I wish to blog today...
As my boring busy work life will have totally nothing interesting to talk about...
Except perhaps some funny messages from LengCaiUnlce to bright up my days...
Since it was raining now... Let's talk about rain today...
As a TaipingKia from the City of Rain... I had tons and tons of memory about rain...

The rainy day that I felt cheated the most...
It was when I was still a naive secondary school scout...
And was asking by the girl guides to be their guards for their year camp up Maxwell hill...
Since they promised us chalet and food and jeep up the hill... I went...
But I ended up with three sleepless raining nights with no shelter no food and walked all the way up and down the hill... T_T...

The most satisfied rainy day...
It was the two days scout cycling expedition to Kuala Kangsar...
And we were hit by super heavy rain on our way back to Taiping...
The journey ended at a secondary school near Simpang town...
We took a picture there and everybody in the pictures look just so satisfied with it...

The craziest rainy day...
It was an after school hour when I was in form 4...
We purposely chose the most heaviest moment of the rain to cycle back home...
Needless to say we were totally wet...
But I still remember his shout for laughter in the rain until today...

The rainy night that worried me the most...
It was the second or third day of the climbing trip to Gunung Tahan...
We spent our night at a campsite near the river and it rain super heavily that night...
When threes started to tremble down around my little camp...
I didn't sleep at all that night until the rain finally stopped when the sun is about to rise...

The near-dead-experience on a rainy day...
It was after my SPM exam and I was taking my shower during a raining day...
Out of a sudden a lighting struck at the roof top of my house just right above the spot where I was...
Even that I had been doing a lot of sinful things but luckily I was not struck by the lighting...
But the experience of crawling out the toilet naked which you can't see and can't hear and kind of paralyze for hours after that was really not a fun thing I must said...

The most touching rainy day...
It was a raining day after working hour right outside of our office...
And I was with this very macho guy but somehow he will get sick everytime he got wet due to rain...
Still he ran to his car to get me the umbrella before I managed to stop him...
And he got fever on the next day...

The most heartbreaking rainy day...
It was a heavy rain in my hometown which the parking space in front of my house was flooded...
So I had to move my car and my father car and my brother in law car to the higher ground...
My father was trying to help but it was a bit hard for him even to walk in the flooded ground...
And it really hurt to see the big man of the family was getting old... T_T...

The most memorable friend in a rainy day...
It was a raining night at Franz Josef in New Zealand with this funny Korean guy...
As both of us where in very very tight budget so we had to spend the night in the car...
And I share my iPod with him that night with all the songs related to rain...
But regrettably we had a big fight when we were in Dunedin...

The rainy day that I lost control of myself the most...
It was on my way back to my condo on the LDP highway...
After receiving the message that we can't be together anymore...
And it started to rain at the moment I can't control my tear from pouring out all the way along LDP...
The first time I ever cried since primary school...

The most boring rainy day...
It is now at this hour when I got nothing to do but drafted a post about the stupid rain...

Just Another First Day of the Month~~~

I was extremely tired on this particular first day of the month...
Still somehow I insist to write a post today... It was just so not me... ^^...
Reasons as below...

- I'm going to start writing Chinese blog again which I don't think I'm going to post them here...
- Job is going to be busy start from mid of June...
- As to fulfill my to-do list for June I might had lesser time to write blog soon...
- I have to stop being so lazy and unorganized like a secondary school student...
- And for the sake of the first day of June...

Anyway... Again it was another very very tiring weekend...
And thank God the two hours Body Combat and Body Pump was not as killing as what I had on last Saturday...
So I somehow still manage to survive another weekend...
But when thinking about another 2 hours of Body Pump and Body Step tomorrow... Oh God... Help me please...
Anyway... No pain no gain... For the sake of my six packs... Will still try my best...

Had my dinner at a Vietnam restaurant with LengZaiUncle...
And we received two stampers of Chinese calligraphy on our dining table...
Which according to the waitress they were for good luck...
So let's hope they will really bring luck to me in the month of June...
And hopefully they will bring good luck to LengZaiUncle also...
