Just another day in gym~~~

昨天答应三八玉要开始写日记...
所以从今以后要乖乖写...
三八玉... 记得要来看啊...

去台湾流浪回来后我偷懒了一段时间...
已经很久没去健身了...
结果上星期一去 Body Pump 几乎瓜在健身院里... ><...
所以今天去 RPM 还真的有点担心...
不知道脚会不会踩到断...
还好我没穿没烂的撑了一个小时...
只是汗流到好像冲凉一样...
换衣的时候发现连底裤都湿透了...
不知明天会不会脚痛... T_T...
太久没运动就是这样的啦...

离开健身院的时候竟然看到恶心男在那里开斋...
我的妈... 那家伙已经把健身院当成他的家了... ><...
