Just Another Yoga Day~~~

Sunday always my Yoga day...
An one hour class of the week that I try not to miss...
Unless I got something important to do on Sunday...
Or unless the class was replace by another instructor...
Or unless I was too lazy to move my lazy bone...
And among all the classes throughout the week...
Still I like Sunday class by Adrian the best...
Not just because he is in really good shape and really good in Yoga... ^^...
And not just because Sunday always a better day compare with weekday...
But most importantly he is the only instructor that will go slow and easy in the class...

Maybe it was because the pack schedule during weekday...
Most of the Yoga instructors will have to rush to complete their class within the one hour time limit...
Which sometime it defeat the purpose of Yoga for relaxation and concentration...
And there was once I injured by wrist in the a class by a so called famous instructor...
Because that stupid fella conducted the class like driving a bullet train... T_T...
So basically my class today was just mostly about Sun Salutation and some basic posture...
But I did learn a lot as Adrian had given quite a lot of advise on fine tuning...
That's the first time I ever attend a Yoga class that the instructor will go into such detail for every single posture...

During the class... When Adrian was demonstrate on how to do a posture...

This is the way how you should do...
But I did get some comment from guys saying that this way look a little bit girlish...
So for guys maybe you can consider of doing it like that like that...
See... Now look much more macho already right...

For guys that think Yoga is not macho enough...
Please go and try for one class then you might have a second opinion... ^^...

I borrow (without asking) SampatTheYit's slow cooker...
Then throw everything that I can find from the fridge into the slow cooker and turn the power on...
And that's what I get for my lunch.... A pork with groundnut soup...
