Just Another Climbing Trip~~~

To wake up at 3:30am was really a difficult task to accomplish...
For the first 5 minutes I just can’t help myself wondering why I sign up an activity which need to scarify my precious sleeping hours and torture myself on the such a long and tiring climbing trail...
Anyway I still managed to get myself out of the cozy bed and started preparing myself for the long day...
At that moment DoggieTheSean was still snoring in his aircond room while KeoneTheEwe was still busy with his YouTube perhaps...
Before leaving I double checked my bag pack again to make sure I didn’t forgot to bring anything...
But some how I still forgot to bring the cup, 3-in-1 Milo pack and the cup noodle sponsored by LaQueenTheBen... T_T...
Luckily they are not that essential for this trip...
Then I met up TheDragonGod ByFate EH... Pickup ThePenyapu and TheBackspace... Then met up with more people...
And finally we were on our way to Fraser Hill...
5am 14 people in 4 different cars... ^^...
We stopped by Kuala Kubu Baru for breakfast... Simple Mee Suah but nice and cheap...
Then passed by a very beautiful and peaceful dam...
The sun rise lake scenery was just so irresistible but too bad I need to concentrate as I'm one of the driver... T_T...
The road to Fraser Hill was a very very winding one...
When I said winding I really mean winding...
Not just as simple as a "S" shape road but "W" or "M" kind of road... T_T...
It really put my driving skill up to the test...
Finally at around 8:00am we reach the starting point of the peak that we would like to conquer today... Pine Tree Trail of Fraser Hill... ^^...

The climb was not a difficult one... Just that the trail was a little bit too long...
And due to it's location it was not a popular one like Bukit Tabur in Setapak...
The good thing of being non-popular trail was that it still pretty much keeping it's own original natural appearance...
Not like the overly damaged Gunung Irau...
But the downside was that the trail will be filled with spider web and overgrown bushes and plant... T_T...
Though they were not a problem for mountain lovers like us... Their existence was indeed irritating...
Anyway... The view was nice... The weather was nice...
The climb took us about 6 hours... Including half hour of makan session at the peak...
And it kept reminding me of those mountain treks in New Zealand due to it's chilling weather I think...
Plant really grow better on higher ground... Even the grass look better than usual in Fraser...
I just can't help myself to take tons and tons of photos... ^^...
And finally for the first time I met with the famous Pinky of this climbing group...
The one who had conquered the most peaks among all of us... ^^...

He is Pinky~~~ ^^~~~

One more bad thing about a non-popular climbing trail was lacking of facilities for the climbers...
There was no wash room or changing room around...
So I had to clean up myself with the limited 4 liters of water that I brought all the way from PJ...
Still I felt like my whole body was very sticky... Hate that feeling...
Anyway... We headed back to KL once everyone was ready...
And we suppose to meet up somewhere in Rawang to have a nice dinner together...
But some how we got separated during a terrible traffic jam...
So I had my dinner with ThePenyapu and TheBackspace at somewhere in Kepong before sending them home to Wangsa Maju...
While on my way home to PJ I made a wrong turn in MRR2... What a terrible mistake...
It almost lead me all the way to Kuantan... T_T...
But thank God I don't know how I did it but I just manage to make it all the way back to Batu Cave...
And thank God again which again I don't know how but I make it back to Kepong... T_T...
Almost wanted to cry when I finally saw Jaya Jusco Kepong...
The only place that I was familiar with since Wangsa Maju... T_T...
I made a phone call to my savior DoggieTheSean and finally got my way back to LDP again...
For the first time ever I felt so grateful of paying the RM1.60 toll fee... T_T...

Anyway... I think I must been curse by some one staying in Wangsa Maju...
Because I will just lost my way every single time when I need to travel there... Shit lar... T_T...

it's true the trip took a lot of effort and sacrifice, but I guess it's all worth it for the experience and nature. You got me thinking back about NZ again~~ hai~~
