Just Another Day I Almost Die In Gym~~~

I went for two classes in the gym today... Body Pump at 6:20... Then Body Step at 7:30...
There were two reason for doing such a crazy thing...
Firstly... My Yong Yap climbing trip is approaching...
I need more stamina training as I do not want to belittle the four days climb...
Secondly... I already made an appointment with Eric to meet him in the Body Step class...
And I know those HEAFian must be making all those Ouuu Arrr sound right now...
But just for their information this Eric is not that Eric that put the note in my locker...
You know how many Eric in this world or not...

Anyway... First let talk about the experience of my first Body Step class...
To be honest the class was not very difficult after all...
Just that as a first timer I just had some hard time on following some of their steps...
Especially those that required to turn round and round and then I started to lose my direction... T_T...
Only when it came to those squatting exercise which it suppose to be something quite easy...
But somehow after two session of squatting and crouching in the body pump class it was now became the killing one... T_T...
I think I was started to lose control of my legs already...

And about this Eric new guy that I was meeting today...
My first impression was tall... But he seems like quite a nice guy too...
Anyway before meeting him today I already read one of his travel log and he seems like a fun guy to be friend with... ^^...
One of his comment during our first meeting was I look slimmer that how I look in my photos... T_T...
And due to that comment I went for checking on how much I weight now...
55kg... I lost 5kg since the day join this gym about 1 year ago... T_T...
How come... I thought I already built up quite some muscle already...
Perhaps the 5kg was the weight of my sweat... T_T...
